I highly recommend Brad at Smith's Heating and Cooling. He was very responsive, did a great job, his crew were polite and quick. Everything was clean and Brad even came back out a few times to check and make sure things were running well. Everyone went above and beyond. Smith's Heating and Cooling will have my business going forward!

HIGHLY recommend this company! It is a family owned company and it is very well run. Hannah provided great communication. The tech, also the owner, was very polite and friendly, professional, on time and thorough. We purchased a service plan and he went above and beyond by installing our new smart thermostat for us. He was thorough in explaining everything and we felt confident in his expertise and honesty. They service a pretty decent area of south-central Indiana. If you are in need of HVAC services, this is who you should call. You will not be disappointed!

Called Smith when my tenants heat stopped working. Had them do an inspection/ service on both my units. They were able to come in a timely fashion. They were able to resolve the issue, and they let me know my other furnace really needed to be replaced. They gave me an amazing deal, and got the new furnace in the next day. Now I have cozy happy tenants, and my mind is at ease knowing they are safe and happy.Services: Heating system repair
