I literally worked for them and they are some of the most disorganized underprepared people I've worked for. They may sound nice on the phone but who wouldn't when you're trying to sell something? For lack of cleaning done by a night manager who was supposed to be covering for the employee. And when that employee threatened to seek legal counsel they called her back within the day to lie about having not fired her.
