God bless the South Bend Clinic Lab techs. My toddler was an absolute wreck in their space and they were all patient and kind. Very grateful.

I regret to say that my recent experience at The South Bend Clinic (Inwood) was thoroughly disappointing. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was met with an atmosphere of condescension and rudeness from the office staff. It seemed as though they were more interested in flaunting their superiority than actually helping patients.
The tone in which they spoke to me was incredibly patronizing. It was as if they believed themselves to be the ultimate authority on all matters, and any questions or concerns regarding the appointment were met with dismissive eye rolls and sighs of exasperation.
Furthermore, the lack of empathy and compassion displayed by the staff was shocking. Instead of treating me like a valued patient in need of care, they treated me like an inconvenience that they couldn't wait to be rid of. It was abundantly clear that they had little regard for my well-being or comfort.
Overall, my experience at The South Bend Clinic (Inwood) left me feeling belittled and disrespected. I would strongly advise anyone considering seeking medical treatment at this clinic to think twice and explore other options. No one deserves to be spoken to in such a demeaning manner, especially when seeking help for their health concerns.

As a former employee I left dissatisfied on how they treat their employees and how the management was running the clinic. But on the other end, as a patient and my son is a patient, HIGHLY dissatisfied. I wish we didn't love our pediatrician as much as we do otherwise( that is the ONLY reason I give them 2 stars) we would seek another one that is out of Duly Health. Making an appointment over the phone takes at least 30 minutes of hold time to actually talk to someone. The gal that checks in at the front desk (one of them) is always super grumpy. Then billing issues! I received almost a 300 dollar bill from my sons last visit. He has insurance! I paid the copay at the visit. I called the billing office, only to wait on hold for 40 minutes. She directed me to call back next week because she was looking into it. I did, this time I waited on hold for 50 minutes! Only to find out she did not look into it, there was no note on the account and this person told me to contact my insurance. To which I did and my insurance informed me the are overcharging me the allowable amount! Nothing about the clinic is easy or convenient. They prioritize money over patient care, and its unacceptable. I do not recommend them, and will not schedule with them in the future. They forget the patient DOES have a choice where to go.

This blue haired nurse was very mean and rude. The physician there told me I would need medication for my back problems. This nurse gave me an attitude and told me I didn’t need any medicine and to get over the counter medication. All of that just for me to have to go and get my medication because the nurse had NO IDEA what she was talking about. I don’t know if it’s the lack of communication or what but IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR PROFESSION THEN MOVE AROUND!

My wife called in December as a new patient with health concerns and made an appointment for March (earliest available). She arrived on time for her appointment and they didn’t have her in the schedule. Turns out they switched their scheduling system and never transferred her to the new system. So they said they’d leave a note for the physician. My wife never got a call, so she called them. They told her that they did call and left a voicemail, but they hadn’t. They said okay, we’ll leave another note and call again, but nothing so far. All the while, dealing with health concerns. Professionalism and good communication would go a long way, even with the mistakes that were made, but I guess that isn’t important to this staff.

The South Bend Clinic has failed numerous times to file routine paperwork and prescriptions. This has has resulted in dangerous delays to care for my diabetes. Calling the office is useless, as they have outsourced their phone system to an offsite third party - so once you navigate the long hold times, you still won't speak to anyone with medical expertise or even anyone on site at the office. I have asked for my doctor to call me back, and those requests are either ignored or delegated to a nurse. I wrote a bad review before and was contacted by my physician with a request to take it down - the first and last time that my doctor at the South Bend Clinic has called me back.Stay away from this place if you have chronic medical needs or like being able to communicate with your physician.
