I tried different hairstylists they are all pretty good. Except it was weird some same hairstylists charged different clients different prices for the same service. I stopped going to those stylists once I found out. And the receptionists keep getting colder and colder, particularly to non-white people.
I recently had an appointment here for a haircut. I did not have a stylist in mind, because I recently moved from out of town to this area. I really loved my stylist and will be hoping to book another appointment in the future! My stylist's name was Pedro and he made it such a great experience. He took his time during the consult to make sure he knew exactly what I was asking for. To be honest, I had booked a last-minute appointment because I desperately needed a trim - I wasn't looking for anything really special. The wonderful stylists at Nicholas J did an amazing job with hair and makeup for my bridal party! To say the level of service goes above and beyond is an understatement. We arrived at the salon in coordinated outfits - myself in white and my bridesmaids in blue - which we then planned to take photos in after our hair and makeup were done. I managed to spill coffee all over my white shirt, but the stylists were not about to let that ruin our photo op! They sprung into action to bleach and dry my shirt in their laundry room all while we were having hair and makeup done! I was so happy with how everyone's hair and makeup looked, and would highly recommend Nicholas J!
