I just want to say thank-you to Monroe Restoration & Cleaning (“Monroe”)! Monroe has been one of the best companies I have dealt with concerning my house. When I had a fluke water incident in my basement, they were quick to respond and begin the remediation/dry-out process. Thereafter, the “Restore” team was dispatched to get the damaged part of my basement back to status quo. Big Kudos to Andy/Project Manager who was very communicative, on time, energetic, nice, and explained each step of the “Restore” process. I would recommend Monroe Restoration to anyone needing repairs following a storm or any other disaster. Ricky, Victor, Tim, Ashley, and Mandy were fantastic to work with in getting our home repairs taken care of.

Monroe is a company I would highly recommend for your restoration needs. Mike Lockwood did a great job to make sure the job was done right and efficiently as possible. He is super communicative and answers any questions or concerns you may have, to make sure you are happy and satisfied with the job when it’s done.
