“Had a large branch fall down in the yard after an ice storm. Called Custom and Moore during lunch and they came out in 10 minutes and gave me a very reasonable quote. Technicians then went to get their chipper truck and returned in 10 minutes and disposed of the tree limb in less than 30 minutes. They left no marks in the lawn and cleaned up any mess. From my initial call to job completion it took less than 60 minutes. Great customer service and responsiveness.“

“We had the best experience with Kevin and his crew. Made an appointment for an estimate and booked a time for the work to be done. They were there on time and I can't say enough about his crew and cleanup - they shaped and cleaned out the dead limbs of our two large oak trees and a silver maple. They were respectful of our property. We are so happy with the results that we are hiring Kevin to do some stone and landscaping work this summer. I wish I could give more than 5 stars - more like 10 stars!“

“We had been doing our own lawn forever and every year we looked at our neighbors and couldn't figure out how he kept his so perfect. We finally saw him in his yard one day and asked. He said he used Hydroseed. We make the decision to try them. Our 1 acre lot now looks amazing. The crew is very careful not to spray our bushes and flowers which has happened in the past with other lawn services. They are really great and on top of the weeds and any issues we have had. Definitely recommend them! Their customer service is exceptional!“
“These guys were awesome! They came when they said they would. My yard was awful. We bought a newly constructed home that had no grading done to the yard. Les was meticulous in how he graded it, getting it ready for my irrigation system. Once that was installed he came back and did finish grading and then hydro-seeded. I can't wait until my grass comes up. On top of all this the cost was extremely reasonable and you couldn't meet nicer people!“

“We began service with Naturescene about the summer of ‘21. The first application was done at the wrong house which was a little concerning to me, but I let go and chalked it up to an inexperienced technician. Since they are the least expensive provider of lawn care in the area, I renewed my contract with them for 2022. The first three applications (spring, early and mid-summer) were done on schedule. My grass began to develop unusual brown spots in the yard, which was later determined to be a fungus. After two weeks and three calls later, I’m still no closer in getting my yard issue resolved. Each time I called I was told you’re on the schedule and someone will be there to treat your lawn. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has not been pleasant and I won’t be renewing my contract next year.UPDATE: In response to my review, NatureScene is actively addressing my concerns. “I called Walt to order 2 cords of firewood for my stove. He answered the phone on the first time every time and had me scheduled for delivery within a couple days. What I'm most pleased with: after the drop I called him because I thought I may be a little short of 2 cord. He said, "Go ahead and stack it and call me back if you're short." I stacked it and was a little short. Called him and he made it right immediately by giving me the rest plus some! I'll be coming back!“
