5 stars for staff kindness ...but after an hour wait...it is clear they need help.
Haven't been too displeased with this location. A couple staff have been very friendly and nice but I have encountered a couple who haven't been. Overall it's been good.
Alexis was my lab tech and she was great!! Very personable and skilled in her job. 4 stars only because the kiosk check in with no one out front seems impersonal/I can see how some elderly people might have a tough time with that.
