We had a great experience with J.W. Plumbing & Heating Services. Justin was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. Not only did he take care of the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to explain how our water heater works and what to look out for in the future.
He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we understood our system rather than just rushing through the job. Highly recommend Justin and J.W. Plumbing & Heating Services to anyone in the South Bend area!
Highly recommend J.W. Plumbing and Heating. Justin installed a new whole house humidifier and thermostat. He demonstrates professionalism and an excellent work ethic, and his pricing is fair and reasonable. He will be the first person we call if we experience any plumbing or heating issues in the future. We could not have asked for a better experience.
Justin is quick, efficient, and fair! Wouldn’t want to call anyone else. Exceptional service. My AC went out and it was 90 degrees out. I was concerned about the well-being of my dog and cat. He came as quickly as I called. Within 15 minutes (probably less) he had the issue resolved. We’re back to comfort! In addition, he’s the best I’ve dealt with thus far. Every other company felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. It’s refreshing to work with a straight shooter.
