Jeff came to my house and very quickly advised me of the problems with my Boiler system. He was very informative. He worked with me & my warranty company, to ensure that my system would be fixed. Jeff was very Friendly & communicated with both my wife and me in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with I & M Heating, and will recommend them to all my friends.
I called to ask Jeff to install a kitchen sink and faucet for me. He was very busy due to the hot weather and I told him it was not a hurry. When he did come, he gave me an estimate and said he would get back to me to schedule. When he got back to me to do the job, he pulled out the old sink and faucet and put the new sink up and I said I don’t like it He couldn’t believe it. I asked him to put my old sink back in which he did and he did a stellar job. He said it’s the first time this has ever happened to him in all his career. Sorry about that Jeff. Nice that you have a good sense of humor!
My husband called I&M heating and cooling. I am so thrilled about this company, I knew their business 10 plus years ago, and now I can say how happy we were too see this gentleman again, he is honest and fare, and willing to diagnose the problem and walk us through his repair. I am so appreciative of this business. Gives me peace of mind knowing the honest business exists. Thank you so much for giving me faith again with knowing we had a repair only of today. But was willing to answer my questions if we have to invest in the future for a new central - air unit. Betty &Joe Wildrick.
