“We have been using Molly Maid for 5 years or more to clean bi-weekly our 4 bed 3 bath home in Granger. They usually do a very good job. This past cleaning on 10/2/2025 was exceptionally good. Over the past 5 years there have been a mix of service. The level of service seems to depend on the cleaning crew that you get. Lately the service has been good. They show up on time every time. They even text you the day before to confirm the appointment. There have been times when we had to cancel with short notice and they have been very flexible with us. All in all Molly Maid has been great. That is why we have stuck with them over 5 years.“

When I had a fluke water incident in my basement, they were quick to respond and begin the remediation/dry-out process. Big Kudos to Andy/Project Manager who was very communicative, on time, energetic, nice, and explained each step of the “Restore” process.
