Only leaving 1 star because 0 is not an option.Harold shows up late, doesn't fix the problem, doesn't respond to communicationS, and my parents' house is currently SIXTY degrees, after he was here, yesterday, saying he'd "fixed the issue". It's clearly not fixed, or the house wouldn't be 60° inside. We're not unreasonable people. I'm sure most HVAC places are working long hours, at this moment, but Harold was HERE, yesterday. Why didn't he ACTUALLY fix it? If this were the first time we had issues with him, we'd probably let it go, but the bitter cold, my elderly parents, and reoccurring issues - no. H&H gets ZERO stars.

UNPROFESSIONAL.No call no show for 10 hours and then blamed us for it for calling for status updates, they never cslled back nor answered the calls. Tried to reach customer service (mind you at this point its 9pm) and they text responded with unprofessional and rude messages saying it's our fault for not waiting and they cancelled our work orders.Would never go to them again. Would not recommend to anyone, ever.

Great service very friendly people very knowledgeable. They came in under warranty work and we're very efficient got my furnace running. Inside of 15 minutes
