Very satisfied. I have heard a lot of negative things about Great clips just in general BUT my personal experience was the exact opposite. Kris is the one that cut my hair today and she did a GREAT job, very friendly from the time I walked in to the time I left! Probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! She got me in and out and I left very satisfied with my hair cut! Thanks again! I will be coming back , for sure!

Great clips is an extremely convenient way to get a quick, reasonably priced simple hair cut. The notes the keep on each customer's preferences allow for surprisingly strong consistency across stylists, and their on-line scheduling minimizes wait times. There are few extras (e g. no included shampoo service), but if you want efficient, reliable, friendly service this is a great option.

Always a great experience here. All the stylists are friendly and highly skilled. Asala was my stylist this time and she always gives a great haircut with pleasant conversation. I always recommend Great Clips!
