NIPSCO contractors were at our home this week replacing gas meters with new e-meters around 1:00 PM. Later that evening—around 7:00 PM—our furnace suddenly stopped working. I called Goff Heating & Air Conditioning, and they were absolutely fantastic.
Their technician responded quickly and thoroughly checked everything. In the process, they also discovered that our brand-new hot water heater wouldn’t hold a pilot. After testing the gas pressure, they found it was significantly under normal operating pressure, which explained both issues.

Thank you Goff!! Don G. Came out to my house on Saturday October 25 as I could not get my furnace to actually turn on. Don was so friendly and professional. He checked everything out and with in a very few minutes told me my furnace was fine but I may need a new thermostat.He was at my home for no more then 30 minutes and was one of the nicest polite service techs I’ve ever had to my home.He even refused my tip smiling saying thank you but no.
I appreciate Don and Goff heating so much. I also want to mention there was no talk of replacing my older furnace or sales pitch!! Just very knowledgeable efficient service repair man.

We had Goff out to diagnose a heating problem. Fixed it only to have it reoccur later that day. Called them the next morning and they promptly sent a service technician out to completely diagnose and get the system running again. Both technicians were very professional and personable... Kudos to both Brandon and then Charles for a job well done.
