    I purchased a new gas range and installed it at home, but the flame height was extremely high despite adjusting it as low as it would go, and there was a constant gas smell when the oven was on. I called Whirlpool customer service and they told me they would find a local repair service they partner with to come look at it. I received a phone call from Heather at Bob's Repair Service a week later and she had all the information from Whirlpool, all I had to do was verify my address.     FIRST time needing them!! Got me in the same week AND a day early because they were ahead of schedule! The tech was in and out within 10 minutes with my oven fixed!!! SUPER AFFORDABLE!!

    Byron was incredibly helpful, quick and friendly when coming out to diagnose my washing machine. Not only was he knowledgeable but communicated it's exact issues clearly. I felt that he looked out for my best interests by suggesting to buy a new machine rather than paying them to repair it given the part and labor costs. I felt that paying to have my washer diagnosed was well worth the value rather than blindly going after a new machine.
