I arrived at noon on a Thursday and the waiting room was totally empty. I checked in and filled out my paperwork with one of the receptionist at the front (she had long dark brown hair), she was honestly less than friendly, but I just kept being polite and upbeat, she didn’t really give me many instructions so I asked a few questions since I’ve never been drug tested or used their facility before, her answers were short and she seemed a little annoyed by my questions. Had an appointment at 1:30 left after half an hour without saying anything if you’re not going to respect my time I’m not respecting yours. I set an appointment for 1:30 not 2:00 whatever.. front desk is also VERY RUDE
Wait wasn't bad, I went in for a drug test without an appointment and got in and out fast. Staff were super friendly and made me feel less nervous. Everything was explained clearly and the process was simple! Thanks guys!
