The staff is always welcoming and there is (in my experience) no wait for scheduled labs appointments. In the past I have even called the manager to let them know how great the lab staff is during my visits.
The ladies at the front desks are extremely kind ,considerate , and helpful. They are never in a negative mood. They brighten the experience.
I have found Dr. Whitney to be an outstanding physician. He took the time to listen to all the issues I was having and to explain what was happening to me. I went to many Doctors and he is the first to diagnose my issue properly.
He also responded quickly when I used the patient portal to contact him.
