Yesterday, I called again because my Maytag washer from 2017 started sounding like a jet engine and even had a faint burning smell. The person on the phone was upfront and explained what the likely issue was, then told me honestly that the repair would cost more than the machine is worth. We have had them work on our drier, our fridge and our stove and they have done an AWESOME job every time. Their prices can't be beat either! We are DEFINITELY customers for life and will recommend them ever chance we get!

Was on a waiting list for Whirlpool 'board' replacement for 3+ weeks. Ace was able to secure a 'board' from another person who had a 'loaner' washer to repair mine! THANK YOU to that individual!!
