Went to this place due to a gift certificate. After calling numerous times to make sure they were open & asking for appointment was told just walk in. Upon walking in was told it’d be five minutes then 20 minutes later other customers walking in were taken leaving me sit there. Worker then tells me we take our appts first. Told her I was told on phone just walk in & was given a rude comment that basically called me a liar. Not impressed with business practices at all. Will not return to use other half of gift certificate.

I’m not prone to exaggeration, and this is the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. Not gel, regular polish. Came to get them done for an event this weekend. I pointed out that the polish on my toes looked lumpy, as if the polish were old and dried out. They said it would look fine once the topcoat was applied. It didn’t, but I needed to get on with my day. The polish on my fingernails has bubbles and a similarly lumpy appearance. Won't be going back. Customer service was trash. Not sure if they were racist or just had attitudes. Cuticles were pushed too far back, I was also cut twice. My pedicure was rushed, two toes weren't even completely painted, technician messed up the polish 3 times. When I mentioned the issues she just smiled. She also spent 85%of the time on the phone! NEVERRRR AGAIN
