We had a fitting leaking under our shower. There was no room to work and looked impossible. I called Jones and they had Casey out to fix it a few hours later. He was very professional and did a great job. I'd would definitely use them again.

I woke up this morning and my heat wasn't working. I called the office at 6:30 a.m., expecting to leave a message. To my surprise, Mike was already in the office and answering phones. I had an emergency and he was so polite and helpful! With -1degree temps outside and a wind-chill of -11, it was just as important to him that I have heat! A technician was here within an hour and a half and had my heat working in an hour! The technician was very helpful, kind, educational, and fast. This is not the first time I have had an emergency and called Jones Contracting. During one of our cold snaps we noticed that my mothers hot water boiler system could no longer keep up and the house was getting too cold for her to stay there, Jones Contracting is the only ones we could get to come out immediately. Not having a lot of experience with boiler systems I thought we had lost a circulator pump, Zach the technician quickly figured out that there was just air in the system, he vented the radiators and had everything working good in just an hour or so, I highly recommend this company.Service: Heating system repair
