“We have dealt with a drain nightmare ever since buying our home 2 years ago. We used another company who kept "guessing" about our problem and telling us we need to do this and that to the point where we spent thousands!!!!!!I ended up calling Jones and they found the issue and informed us the other company used the wrong pipe sizing and didn't vent our plumbing correctly ? Jones fixed our 2 year problem in just a few hours because having a licensed plumber MATTERS!!! I can not express how happy I am with there service and saving us from spent another few thousand. They will forever have my service for all my future home needs ❤️“

“My heating unit had been working fine but it had a bad smell coming from the exhaust. I didn’t really think it was an emergency so I waited to call to have someone look at it when I had the time. George, the HVAC tech, came out to see what was going on with my furnace he tested the air that what was coming out of the furnace exhaust, there was so much carbon monoxide found that he did not feel comfortable turning the unit back on. Thom Whybrew, the owner, knew we needed a unit asap as it was negative temperatures as the high for the next few days. Worst case scenario we were told we would have a unit the following day. He was able to find a unit and installed it the same day! It was easy to schedule, communication during the project and the price was under what I expected. We can’t thank the team at Quality Electric enough for the quick turnaround and customer service!“
