“First of all, the doctors and medical staff are great. Shout out to Dr. Knable especially. The admin staff are friendly and helpful, if not a little overwhelmed, due to the high volume of clients. I had a scheduling issue last week, followed by not having the best exchange with a front desk receptionist. I left a clear and direct, but not mean, message for management and assumed that was the best I would get. To my surprise, they got back to me with an appointment time later that day, which was fantastic. I get that things happen, and I was happy with how it was handled. But then, a couple of hours later, the receptionist called me, apologized for her response, and explained where things went a little sideways. In a world where customer service seems like a lost skill most of the time, I was blown away by the sincere and quick response addressing my concerns, which weren't a huge deal to begin with. I thought it was a memorable and RARE response and wanted to share it.“

“This place is absolutely amazing!! I went got a full lip filler with Brooke. She was so kind and understanding. I had a my lips done previously at another place and had experienced some pain and was very nervous about getting it done again. I explained everything to Brooke and she very understanding with my concerns. She put the numbing cream on and left it on for longer then normal!! I felt hardly nothing, knowing some injection spots it's unavoidable. After I viewed the Facebook page and website I was very nervous about going some place that sucj beautiful women work, I struggle with confidence and I was frankly intimidated. Well, I was completely wrong! I was treated very well and made to feel very comfortable. I felt no judgement and was made to feel so welcome. The atmosphere was amazing. “I just wanted to give a shout out to my PCP, Dr. Agustin Ramirez. Coming from the healthcare field myself, with over 20 years in multiple specialties, it’s rare to find a physician who: 1) Listens 2) touches their patients 3) cares 4) helps. I’m sorry but this is the truth- it’s hard for some to accept but it is the tangible result of the sad trajectory of the marriage between medicine and money. My doctor, whom I have followed to several practices until his own, is an exception. He cares, he helps me when other’s will not, even if it is a shortcoming of another provider- he will do what he can to see I’m cared for, and even will outsource to find me answers before referring me somewhere just to see a specialist. He tries and that is saying a lot. I can message him and he responds days, He is DEPENDABLE. He never demeans me, he isn’t patronizing and he is always there trying for me when it feels like others just won’t, don’t, or simply don’t have the time. This man is the epitome of an excellent physician. He starts his visit with “How have you been?” He then asks me about a personal life event, a vacation or something I don’t usually remember and will think to myself- oh my how did he even remember that?! He asks about my family. He is knowledgeable, capable and doesn’t pawn me off on expensive specialist’s when he can handle it. I am so incredibly fortunate to have him. The others I have referred to him, I know they can agree, we are truly lucky to have him. He works with his patients. He doesn’t make me feel like him a number in his schedule for the day. I know he gets busy, but he NEVER makes me feel like it. I’m just grateful to have a physician like this on my side. It’s no wonder to me I don’t see his patients in the ER because he takes care of them so well and prevents them from ED visits. I have followed him for years and should he move again, I will follow him there too because he is WORTH it. If you are looking for a new doctor, or feel like you aren’t being cared for, appreciated or heard- I am here to tell you there are doctors out there like Dr. Ramirez who exist that truly care about the health and happiness of their patients. ♥️“
