STI Heating & Air Conditioning saved me so much money! I had another HVAC company looked at my central air unit because it was blowing lukewarm air. The other company told me I needed a new compressor for $1699 and they took only cash. After a repairman ran off with $453 of my aunt's cash, I decided I did not feel comfortable giving the HVAC repairman $2000 (with labor) in cash. So, I told him I would seek a second opinion.

I called STI to get my maintenance program started and to diagnose and repair if necessary a moaning noise coming from my furnace area.
Ted and Garrett showed up and were so courteous and professional. They did a phenomenal job on the cleaning of my air conditioner but even better they diagnosed what the moaning sound is and where it was coming from. A zone motor was going bad. That part has been ordered and it should be installed next week.

Absolutely fabulous, Ted the tech that came put prompt and quick. He could have just said you need a whole new system and he wouldn't have been wrong. But he saw it was just a motor and some freon and I would be fine for now...with the recommendation of getting a new one soon. I initially took the day off, but he was so quick & efficient I was able to work from home on time!Will absolutely use STI when the time comes to get a new system...fabulous local company!
