I got a mani and pedi. The lady cut 2 of my toes. After my pedi, I switched spots to get my no chip mani. The lady tried using the tools she used for my toes (cuticle remover, nail clippers, ect….)on my hands. I asked her is she was going to use the same tools she used on my feet on my hands, she said yes, not even cleaning them. I told her she used that on my feet. She seemed shocked I wanted clean tools for my hands. Then she cuts a few of my fingers. I won’t be back.

This is my second time visiting this location, and I'm afraid that it will be my last. Like the last time I was here there was a child present. The cutest little baby!! I can't speak for anyone else but my idea of a relaxing time is not constantly hearing the sound of squeaky toys and people making noises to entertain a baby. It was so annoying I had to put in my earbuds. Problem solved! I think sometimes that it is taken for granted what an experience can be for a customer. It is just as important as the service itself. I went yesterday. A man lounging in the back chair. ??? I felt my person was inexperienced and NO WOMEN?? I have been going here because I felt they were better, cleanliness and service. But yesterday was a disappointment. I had a gift card. My gentlemen was then rushed to the next person when there was another guy available. I even brought my own nail polish as their nail polish seems to be not the same consistency of the OPI I have. I will reconsider going back here.
