I will never ever ever buy a new construction home ever again this has been a horrible process. I will never work with Providence homes ever again. I don’t care if what they have is in my price range. It’s not worth it. Also be aware that what their model homes show you are not actual options that are available for you to elect for your home. They’re literally scamming you.

First off, USE ANY OTHER BUILDER AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF GRIEF. We have had some items repaired, so its not 100%, but every day that goes by there is more wrong with the home. The quality of products and workmanship that is used is lacking to say the least. Doors and windows will be drafty almost immediately. One room of our house is always 10-20 degress warmer or cooler than the rest and it is deemed as "normal" deviation by their so-called warranty. We have had additional insulation added to attic (supposedly over that room) to find out there's a section that's not even accessible that has little to no insulation and that's where all of our hot/cool air is escaping...read full review

I am a real estate broker in Illinois, and have referred multiple clients moving to Indiana to Providence RED for a new home. They build a great house, at a great price. My clients have been happy, keep up the good work!
