If you want someone to help you find a home that you want then this is the company. No pressure to buy at all. Very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Communication from them was exceptional. If I ever decide to sell my home and purchase a new one I will go with this company without a doubt.
I had the pleasure of being a client of Kirk & Company Real Estate. Kirk helped me sell my property I had in Merrillville, IN. The property went on the market November 2022, had an offer December 2022, & closed January 2023! He, Candace, & Debbie made the transaction a smooth one even with me being all the way in Florida! During our first meeting, I was given a realistic breakdown of what a good asking price would be as well as the timeframe it would take to sell the home. He was very accurate! I am a client of your home sold Guaranteed Realty. We had worked with another realtor for a few months and felt we needed a change since the home hadn't had any movement. Noticed Kirks advertisement on a billboard on I65 and called and met with him. He is a very personable gentelman and I was impressed with his staff and what they offered in service to get our home sold.
