I cannot say enough about Tri-State Cleaning and Restoration! Mendy, the owner, personally responded to a flood in our basement on a weekend. She was professional yet so so kind! She treated my family as her own and even explained the equipment to our little kids entertaining all of their questions! She took a personal interest in our catastrophe and offered so much emotional support during the entire process! She stayed late into the night pumping, squeegeeing and chatting! We felt so supported by her. She went above and beyond to help us receive our claim from the insurance company even when that was not her responsibility. Very professional! Workers are great and very friendly! Did wonderful after my house flooded my carpet looks brand new! (Better then before I moved in that a another company came in and did) I will recommend them to everyone! 10 out of 10!
