I set a time to view one of his rental properties. For 6PM today. I showed up a bit early and waited until around 6:15 and he never showed up. He messaged me at 6:18 to let me know the property was unlocked and to just look around.I had already left at this point. I wasted my time driving an hour away to view this property. If we needed to reschedule I could have accommodated that. Extremely unprofessional. And downright disrespectful to waste someone’s time like this.

The agent Chris Robinson committed fraud & omitted information to sell me a home. It is so bad it is not livable & needs lots of work he did not disclose but knew about. Bought a house out of state from Chris Robinson. He said house was able to have license for a business and that the house was in move-in ready condition, and that I had to move on buying it because it was such an amazing like-new home it was a steal to get. He said he recently took the photos of the property (showing newly painted and nice home) and that he had several visits to the home with seller & it looked perfect, like a like-new home with many new improvements.
