Hello, during the recent snowstorm, my son needed a tow. As a parent of a college student, hearing that your son was stuck on the side of the road was terrifying. After trying for over two hours to find a tow company. I was connected with you. Within 20 minutes, the tow truck was there. I want to thank the dispatcher named rich, and the tow truck driver Josh. My son was back on campus within 30 minutes. Fast efficient, and no longer on the side of the road and sub degree temperatures.. excellent excellent service. Thank you.

Want to thank the tow truck driver that came out today in the very cold weather and was able to get my car manually out of park and got it to the shop to get it fixed it means alot to me so thank you very much and God Bless Ps you all have a wonderful New Year
