Excellent and timely service, there was a couple of days' wait, but that was expected, considering how hot and hectic the weather has been!
Their service team was prompt and responsive, the quote for labor was beyond fair and affordable, and the installation team was great!

Our water heater went out on a Thursday. I emailed DB at 5:30 a.m. Friday asking them to call me when they opened. They actually got with me before they opened and rearranged their schedule to get us a new hot water heater that same day so we didn't have to go all weekend with no hot water. They were also extremely quick. Our water goes through an iron filter and a softener that they had to unhook to even get to the water heater and I thought they'd be there all day. I recently had to sell my mother's Richmond home while living in Virginia. DB Plumbing provided fair estimates and prompt and courteous service on multiple occasions for plumbing repairs and more. The workers provided photos and texts of their progress. It was as good as being there. Thank you!!
