Love the group fitness classes they offer! There isn’t anywhere else in the area that offers this quality of yoga! If you’re looking to unwind among good company in a beautiful atmosphere, the Union is a go-to!
I thoroughly enjoy the variety of yoga classes that The Union offers with its affordable Group Fitness Membership! Everyone in the class is so very welcoming and all levels are appreciated. I also experienced my first Reiki session with Suzzette and it was amazing. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect, but she was extremely patient and understanding. I very much enjoyed the experience and am looking forward to my next session. Overall this is a great place for community members to come together and work on ourselves.
I was able to experience a traditional folk healing and Reiki appointment by Suzzette and it was such an incredible experience. She incorporates culturally traditional techniques that amplify the energy work of Reiki. I had never done Reiki before and she made me feel comfortable and accepted! Would 100% recommend!
