They are super to work with and very accommodative the whole way through. As it turned out, the carpet we chose did not wear well in our high traffic family room and began crushing and staining early on. When Artizan ran into trouble obtaining a warranty re-do on the job thru the manufacturer (which should have happened), Rick & Amber stood behind the product themselves and willingly recarpeted that part of our home without the support of the manufacturer!! They were so pleasant to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were pleased and would have good carpet for years to come. Highly recommend them!“
