Donna O., the stylist on duty, cheerfully greeted me and took me immediately. She did a fantastic job and was really helpful answering my questions about the "tinsel hair" extensions that I had put in. The only reason I haven't given five stars is that the store is really hard to get around. I get it--it's less than 5 days before Christmas, but it was hard to find where the line was to pay for my cut. I was constantly having to climb over the Clinique demonstrators to get to where I needed to go. Other than that, great job!“
