“Dana invested time my first cut allowing me to describe what methods (clippers vs scissors etc) approach (wet vs dry cut maybe shampoo) and any preferences (conditioners) that have worked well previously. She agreed to cut my hair differently (dry cut) than her other customers and later wash/dry to confirm any stray hairs which other stylists usually had issues and it worked great. I’ve used one stylist for 5 years, another for over 25 years then recently had been trying a couple other local shops and national chains but was getting inconsistent results and wrong stylists so now that I’ve found Dana who says she is committed to excellent service I will visit again! Sought a local, consistent stylist who would deal with my finicky hair and seems Dana is it! Give her a try! Rare 5/5 star rating! PS ask her about the frequent customer bonus card!!!!”
