After an aggravating experience with JC Penney styling salon, I came in to Ulta fully expecting to not be able to get in for a haircut. Donna O., the stylist on duty, cheerfully greeted me and took me immediately. She did a fantastic job and was really helpful answering my questions about the "tinsel hair" extensions that I had put in. The only reason I haven't given five stars is that the store is really hard to get around. I get it--it's less than 5 days before Christmas, but it was hard to find where the line was to pay for my cut. I was constantly having to climb over the Clinique demonstrators to get to where I needed to go. Other than that, great job!

Allison always does a fantastic job! She has been doing my brows for a couple years now. I always get a brow wax and tint. She is efficient and a pro at what she does. I would definitely recommend booking with her!
