I ve read all bad reviews before coming, apparently they are too out dated. Guard shack was polite, employees in the office also very polite.
Appt time was at 9:00 am, I arrived at 7:50 since dispatch told me that my appt was at 8:00. But they still gave me the dock at 8:00, and started unloading at 9:00 (since my ACTUAL appt time was 9:00)
Unloaded in 40 minutes. And ready to go.
The people here were friendly, and I was impressed by how quickly they got loaded—just an hour, which is quite efficient. However, I do feel it’s important to point out that this facility lacks a washroom for drivers, and that's something that needs to be addressed.
8:30 am appointment checked in at 7:15 am , got a door immediately and by 8:15 am was on my way . Once u check in and get a door , throw paper work and seal in Trailer once green light paperwork will be in trailer
