Shipping and receiving office is up sidewalk alongside wood fence. Pretty good guys here. I was early and got a door and was loaded before my appointment time. Dock guy will come out and lock your gladhand before unloading and unlock when done. Go back in office for paperwork.

Upon arrival, please park in front of the docks alongside the fence and contact the provided phone number. They offer contactless service. During the call, you will be asked for your BOL number. Subsequently, you will receive a text message containing further instructions and your assigned dock number. For deliveries, please place the necessary paperwork in the rear of the trailer. The unloading process took approximately 30 minutes, which is highly efficient. I hope all receivers operate with similar efficiency.
