The unloading process is fast.
I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and got a door after checked in at the receiving office.
30 minutes after hitting the dock i was unloaded, very happy.
NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.!!! that's the reason of me giving 4 stars.
From reading other reviews, some are either lieing or it really depends on the day. My experience was worse than average. Checked in at 1230 for a 1500 p/u. Trucks double parked along fence and out the driveway making it tight to back in the dock. 1700 and still not in a dock. They either need a facility with more docks to handle the volume or split it up in 2 facilities.
Confused with pick up number , he said need number start with only 24 or 25. , it was quick but I think the guy feel like his job in risk , he don’t want try other number what we provide he don’t wanna take a look , ONLY NEED number starts with 24 or 25, no 221 no 456 455 none
