“We adopted our Beagle mix, Bella, from Jill several years ago. She is our go to whenever we need to board our two dogs. They always seem happy and worn out (in a good way) when we pick them up. Our other dog is older and takes several medications. We feel absolutely 100% comfortable leaving him in the care of Jill and her staff.“

Higgins was set to be part of their “family.” Always a great experience…staff knows his name and his personality….and give him love always. Higgins lives at Puppy Playground when we travel besides social play times while we’re hom. Always returns happy! Cannot ask for a better surroundings for our 5 year old Clumber Spaniel! If he’s happy….we are happy!“

“I can't say enough good things about them!! I had an emergency with my 2 year old boxer and my regular vet wouldn't answer the phone and 3 other places said they couldn't see him, but when I called Above and Beyond they were very caring and told me to come right over. They got my pup in right away did x-rays and gave him a good check over. Thank the Lord nothing was broken, but their kindness, attentiveness and urgency to both me and my Nugget was absolutely Above and Beyond from the front lady, to the nurse, and the veterinarian all of those involved deserve 5 stars! “We have been using Loving Hearts Pet Resort for several years. The staff is friendly, check in and check out is quick and easy. Submitting vaccine records is very easy and user friendly. Booking online takes just a few minutes once you have your pet profile established. They will board our 2 dogs in the same kennel, which my dogs prefer. My dogs are always well cared for, they come home happy and healthy after every vacation we take. You can add extras to your stay like a go home bath (which we love!) The groomer does a great job. We will continue to use Loving Hearts for all our boarding needs! Thanks for the great work you do and for loving our dogs when we are out of town!“
