They are AMAZING! I accidentally made a grooming appointment in the wrong location and they still got me in for an available spot. Always had a great experience with grooming and boarding. Highly recommend!

We board our puppy here when we go out of town and she loves it there! She recognizes the building when we pull up and gets so excited to see everyone! They take such great care of her and we appreciate them so much!

Used the self-service bath option for the first time yesterday and it was great! Our 115 lb Boxer/German Shepherd mix is just too much for us to handle in our home bath tub but BB&B set up was perfect! Provided stairs for the big dogs to walk up into the bath, full pressure spray nozzle for complete & fast rinse, shampoo, conditioner, towels and dryer! (Of course, you can bring your own special/medicated shampoo, too). Tether to keep dogs from jumping out of tub and even water proof aprons to keep the bathers dry (or semi-dry!). We will definitely be returning!
