Well, my son broke his glasses. I should have got the extended warranty, but I didn't. and I came into the location where i purchased them Plainfield indiana Illy was the customer service representative that assisted me she didn't have to but she did took her time and fixed them for me I usually don't leave a review unless I'm complaining but she went above and beyond helping me out so thanks Illy.
