I had my appointment on Monday after the visit , I decided to switch my kids too to that office. The people are welcoming, paperwork processing clear and simple . Environment nice and clean. Accessibility, and convenience.
I had a great experience with Nick at MyEyeDr in Plainfield. As a first-time contact lens wearer, I was pretty nervous about learning how to put them in and take them out. Nick was incredibly personable, patient, and encouraging throughout the entire process.
He took the time to walk me through each step, never made me feel rushed, and helped me feel comfortable and at ease. He also shared a lot of helpful tips and practical advice that gave me confidence and set me up for success with my new contacts.
