My husband, Craig Lemon and I had a great experience with Thomas Carlson from Summer's Heating and Cooling a few days ago. He came by to share the Safety Comfort Agreement with us and he explained all the perks of this plan and how it helps with preventative maintenance. All in all the experience was very informative and Thomas was very professional and easy to talk to and he answered all our questions thoroughly . he did a great deal explaining the plan and my husband and I ended up buying it!? Great customer service Summer's Heating and Cooling!!
My drains backed up in my house and I ended up having a busted pipe. It was a horrible mess but Izzy came out right away, found the problem, and walked us through the steps to get it cleaned up and fixed. After the cleanup, Tom and Nick came out to finish the work. They were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful. I couldn't be more satisfied with Summer's and I highly recommend them!
