It is a different place to work. Be ready to do some labor. Once your body gets used to it, it is a cake walk. Pay attention and work through the books to get your raises. If they offered more money from the start and didn't charge you for your paint guns I would give 5 stars. Also I believe the retention rate would be higher if they paid more than a Dollar General or Wal-Mart for the work that you do. Not only that Millennials can make more money opening businesses, working remotely or having an e-commerce business, rather than punching a clock risking your life. You are on a plane working hard, never forget that. It is not bad work, just long hours and hard work.

Jana was amazing! I had been growing my hair out for over 13 years without cutting it. My hair grows at about 1" per year, :( . I was really nervous about cutting it but I was tired of looking like a hag. After talking to her, I soon found out she really knew her 'stuff'. I finally just told her to do what she wanted and walked out of there absolutely in awe. She took off just enough to make it look healthy and left it long enough so I wasn't shell shocked at was left on the floor. It was beautiful! She is definitely someone you can put your trust in to be amazing when you leave. Highly, highly recommend....!!!!
