I had a very good experience with them. I forget the guys name but he was very sweet I was running late and he had left but turned around when I called him and didn’t charge me extra. I needed a key made for my car because I lost mine. So he met me at my car and explained to me everything that he was doing as he was doing it. And he charged me $130 which originally it was $150. But he cut me a break. Thank you for that. I would recommend them. It’s a lot faster then waiting on the dealership.
Called Jesse about my wife`s Hummer H2 that she had just bought. It was dead at her work and the key for the ignition would not work in the door. He said he would be there in 20 minutes. He figured out what key it needed and made a key for it on the spot. Problem solved in a matter of minutes. This is customer service at its finest!! I know who i will be calling from now on!!
Was stranded in my driveway with a fob that no longer worked for my newer Durango. I called them at lunch from my office and he was able to make it to my home in Walkerton/North Liberty area within the hour and programmed a new key for me at a very affordable price. Much better than calling the dealership. Friendly service as well! Will be using them in future.
