Needed three keys cut and one programmed for my car. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was maybe 4 minutes. No runaround, no waiting, just someone who knew exactly what they were doing and got it done.

There's something to be said for a business that respects your time. Somebody was there, ready to work, and solved my problem before I even had a chance to check my phone. That's it. That's the whole story.

Had to have two key fobs programed. Dealer was going to charge me $285 per fob. Long's charged me $50 for both fobs. I did already had the two fobs. They had them programed within 3 minutes. Long's Lock Shop is great. They will always have my business.

Guys the dealer wanted close to $600 for a new smart key and programming for my 2015 Ford Expedition. Kenny provided the exact same service and cut my extra key for $180. Nice work guys. Class act!
