Despite arriving a few minutes late due to a wrong turn coming from out of town, the staff were incredibly understanding. The massage therapists greeted us with a warm welcome and were accommodating from the moment we stepped in. The spa itself was very clean and decorated beautifully. Having had numerous professional massages, we can confidently say that this was the best one yet. I chose the deep tissue technique and it worked wonders. My therapist, Sphiwe, was exceptional, providing just the right pressure for relief while ensuring a relaxing experience. I was nearly drooling during the entire session LOL! Sphiwe attentively focused on my problem areas, and the addition of hot towels and stones made the experience even more enjoyable for both my mom and me. To top it off, at the end of our session, my therapist surprised me with a personalized birthday card, tea, and a small snack. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the entire experience feel intimate and personalized. I am incredibly grateful that my mom chose this place for my birthday celebration. These ladies did a phenomenal job and we will definitely be returning!“

It's been a challenging year for me dealing with the loss of my elderly mother and father. Yi worked to relax my tense muscles using deep tissue, shiatsu and hot rocks. Divine! The complimentary water bottle was lovely and a good reminder to hydrate after deep massage. I've been to many massage therapists over the past 30 years, and I rate Yi Yang as 5 stars plus! It started off a bit weird with the staff asking me to pay before the service, which obviously I did not concur to.But the lady who came to massage me was OUT OF THIS WORLD. She make me leave feeling like a completely different woman from the one who had been here an hour before.Parts of my body are pretty sensitive to too much pressure. Lisa was pretty quick to adapt to a level that I could tolerate. She was reading my body language and adjusting the pressure differently in different parts. I could feel the blood gush to the tips of my toes and fingers. I can’t say enough about how amazing I feel. I would definitely come back again every month.“
