“I just finished my third session with David, and I’m amazed at how much better I feel and how much more flexible I’ve become. I’ve struggled for years with back pain, sciatica, severe IT band pain in both legs, constant leg cramps, tingling and numbness in my arms, and tennis elbow. My treatment had mostly consisted of pain medications, injections, chiropractic care, and trying to manage the symptoms.

David has released knots and tightness from literally head to toe while explaining how the muscles, tendons, and nerves all work together—and how tension in one area can affect another. Stretching used to be painful, but now I’m able to do it comfortably and continue to improve with each session.
