“I absolutely look forward to my appointments with Lisa Miller. I have been really happy with the results I have been getting since going to her for the past several months. My posture has improved tremendously and I have lost weight. I overall feel so much better about my health. She approaches the whole body with healing as well as focuses on problem areas when they arise during testing. I was struggling with plantar fasciitis and after one appointment it was completely better and I have no issues with it anymore. She asks questions and listens to my needs as a client. I've also attended her praise moves classes and really love them. It is a good way to stretch, work out, and praise the lord at the same time. I always feel more relaxed after these sessions and saw weight loss. I signed up for the beginner class and was amazed that I had no trouble keeping up. She is very consciousness of everyone's skill level and keeps that in mind while leading. Her prices are very reasonable and the best I've seen in the area.
