Having the option to sauna before or after yoga is such a blessing. I love when the sunlight shines into the big windows of the studio. No matter what the reviews say, trying it for yourself to see if it fills you up is always the best way forward.

I have been going here one and off for about 7 years. It is home to me! I took a couple years off due to health issues and when those were all managed, I felt the calling to actually become a yoga teacher! It was both a long and short six month adventure but I loved every minute of it. The staff is so supportive, and all the other teachers are there to help on any way they can! So why don’t we meet at the realm and let it be your home!

Such a warm, loving, nonjudgmental environment, with so many cool classes offered. I love the variety of classes offered to help you grow, learn, and become a better version of you, in every aspect of your life. You have many opportunities to get your spiritual, mental, and physical well-being in line with each other. Everyone I’ve had interactions with here, has been so friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. Check them out!!! You won’t be disappointed! ?
