I called Friday evening, fully expecting to reach voicemail since it was after business hours. Instead, a kind and compassionate voice answered the phone. Jody was so warm, gentle, and considerate during one of the hardest moments for our family. She met us at the funeral home that same Friday and promised we would have Sadie back as soon as possible. We have gone through pet cremation before, and it has always taken about a week or more, so we were prepared for a long wait. That was not our experience here. They had Sadie back home with us within 24 hours. The care, respect, and compassion they showed our girl was incredibly reassuring and meant more to us than I can put into words.
