I cannot say enough good things about Wells and Cruz Family Funeral Home and the care they gave our sweet Sadie. Sadie passed away at home on a Thursday. I called Friday evening, fully expecting to reach voicemail since it was after business hours. Instead, a kind and compassionate voice answered the phone. Jody was so warm, gentle, and considerate during one of the hardest moments for our family. She met us at the funeral home that same Friday and promised we would have Sadie back as soon as possible. We have gone through pet cremation before, and it has always taken about a week or more, so we were prepared for a long wait. That was not our experience here. They had Sadie back home with us within 24 hours. The care, respect, and compassion they showed our girl was incredibly reassuring and meant more to us than I can put into words. During such a painful time, they made us feel supported and cared for every step of the way. Thank you, Wells and Cruz, for treating Sadie with such dignity and kindness. We will never forget it. ,
They were amazing from start to finish on one of the worst days of my life. They are so sympathetic I could feel their hearts breaking with mine. They handle my dog Capone with such care as if he were their own. From scheduling, to meeting us at the vet, to coming in our their day off so I could pick him up was so very appreciated. The urns, jewelry and paw prints are absolutely beautiful. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for all you’ve done for myself and my family!
